TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CASTEN'S CLUB
CASTENS reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, and we therefore advise you to review them periodically.
Personal information
CASTENS wishes to ensure that the information you provide to us is processed responsibly and securely on the internet. These terms and conditions apply to how we use your personal information. When you become a member of CASTENS Club, we will ask you for some personal information, including your name, address, date of birth, and email address.
CASTENS uses the information to fulfil our obligations and provide you with the benefits and services to which membership in the CASTENS Club entitles you. By entering your personal information and submitting it to CASTENS, you authorise CASTENS to use this information for the stated purpose.
You are entitled at any time to ask CASTENS for this information, and we will delete it if you wish.
Information Storage
CASTENS employs a range of security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised use.
We store and handle your data in accordance with the rules set out in the General Data Protection Regulation. You can read more about this by reading our privacy policy statement. If you do NOT wish us to store your information, you can ask us to delete your profile and all your data, which we will of course do immediately. In that case, we will no longer be able to answer questions related to previous orders.
Publication
CASTENS only uses your personal information for administration in connection with the CASTENS Club and for market analyses, such as of purchasing behaviour.
CASTENS does not share your personal information, including your email address, with any third party, and CASTENS does not grant any other company access to the information we have on record about you. Naturally!
The newsletter
When you join CASTENS Club, you agree to receive our newsletter. CASTENS uses the information you provide to send the newsletter.
The newsletter is sent to the email address you provided when you signed up. It is your responsibility to update your personal details, including your email address, should you choose to change it.
If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in the newsletter.
Do you no longer wish to be a member of CASTENS Club?
If you no longer wish to be a member of the CASTENS Club, you can simply go to ’My Page’ on the CASTENS website and cancel your membership.
CASTENS reserves the right to terminate your membership of the CASTENS Club if you do not respect these terms and conditions.
CASTENS reserve the right to correct printing errors, price changes, and out-of-stock items.
Comments etc.
Some of CASTENS’ websites and social media profiles allow you to submit comments and other contributions, such as photographs. We expect users of CASTENS’ websites to use polite and respectful language in their posts.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your comments and/or other contributions are not in any way racist, defamatory, infringing on the privacy of others, or violating any other legislation.
CASTENS reserves the right to delete comments and other posts.
