Key of the Woods
This key is a very special key – it has emerged from the fantasy novel "Askenfjeld" by Anne Spanget-Larsen, and is found by the main character Mirja:
Raven's Amulet. It feels surprisingly heavy in Mirja's hand as she lifts it up by its leather strap. A strange little root stump with beautiful veins and structures marring the wooden surface. “Is that a key?” Mirja asks. The moment she asks the question, she realizes how stupid it sounds. Everyone can see that it’s just a tree root and not a key.
What exactly the key will open is revealed in the book, which unfortunately only (at least until now) comes in Danish. It can be purchased from the publisher Krabat.
The key is hand-cut from wax, cast in sterling silver and is created in a limited number at the goldsmithy in Copenhagen.
