Modern Celtic knot pendant illustrating a mother with her child in her lap. Celtic knots are an ancient way to decorate and illustrate both earthly as well as spiritual issues and this modern illustration has, for good reasons, grown in popularity. Celtic knots are mostly drawn with a band of equal with. However, I wanted to add to the organic flow of the beautiful line by letting the band wane and wax – Castens style. We create this pendant both completely polished as well as with a slightly rough surface where two lines cross each other in order to enhance the 3-dimensional quality of it. Available in silver and gold.
